At your paid trial shift, your supervisor will have briefly discussed your options to be a direct employee or a contractor. Please contact us if you are not sure.

New Crew employee to-do list:

Go to your email and accept the invite to the platform log in to access your tasks. Your supervisor will help you set this up.
Get on to WhatsApp so that you can chat with the crew on Apple Store or Google Play
Sign your employment contract that we have emailed to you via Adobe sign. Just read the details and if all is OK, follow the prompts to sign.
Give us your TFN and super details via the MyGov app. See here for instructions.
We may send a link to verify your police clearance etc - look for an email from Certsy
Give us your bank account details via WhatsApp direct to your supervisor.
Get in touch with your supervisor if you have questions, and let them know when you have completed this list!

When will I get paid?

We pay employees weekly. The week is Monday to Sunday, pays go out via EFT every Wednesday.

You will be paid for any hours you work plus reasonable travel time and an allowance for using your own car. See your contract for the details.

New Crew Contractor to-do list:

Go to your email and accept the invite to the platform log in to access your tasks. Your supervisor will help you set this up.

Sign your supplier contract that we have emailed to you via Adobe sign. Just read the details and if all is OK, follow the prompts to sign. (Get in touch with if you have questions!)
Give us your ABN and bank account details on the supplier contract form.
Get in touch with your supervisor if you have questions, and let them know when you have completed this list!

When will I get paid?

We pay contractors daily on the next business day after a completed and verified task. Tasks are paid at a pre-agreed rate and all costs including travel are your own. See your contract for the details.

Here are the details of how you get your Tax and Super information to us at ATO online services via MYGOV

Do this:

Log in to ATO online services via MyGov.
Once you are in MyGov, navigate to the ATO section
In the ATO section, go to the Employment menu, and select New employment. This is where you will provide us your tax and super details.
any of your existing personal details will be pre-filled into the form
you will need to fill in our ABN 13765299742 and then click the search button - it will show the name Jessica Smith. Leave Employer Branch ID as blank. When you get to the super details, it will prefill any existing super fund, or if you do not have one you can choose to use our default super fund by entering the unique superannuation identifier (USI) HOS0100AU.
